Ok story, average narration
The story was ok. Not a classic, but not bad either. Let down largely by the narrator. Sometimes felt like it was being read by an AI voice reading a series of unrelated sentences, like a shopping list.
After 13 hours I couldn’t wait for him to reach the end of the book.
I have enjoyed a number of andy’s books in the past, during lockdown I had a number of DIY tasks to complete so thought an audiobook would see me through.
I’m sure I would have got the through the whole series with the jobs the wife had listed for me but I can’t do another 13 hours of this narrator so will stop at one.
Not as expected
I really enjoyed his real life books but this is boring and predictable.
