Amazing

I’d had the final big reveal spoiled for me not long into the book, but all the other twists were so surprising, yet made perfect sense when you looked back. I liked all the characters, even if Pip was a little cringey at times (the whole “she’s a nerd and loves homework” thing was a little cliché and I little overdone, but it deep even out a bit as you got later into the book).

The ending climax was a tad cliché and predictable, and did feel slightly rushed, but even though I could pretty much see what was coming, the details of it still felt interesting and like a real penny-drop moment.

This is the first book I have managed to finish in years, and I immediately bought all the others as soon as I finished it.

100/10, definitely recommend

Didn’t want it to end

Loved it, I’m not a reader but I couldn’t stop, it was gripping throughout. About to buy the rest.
