Anxiously Attached

Anxiously attached is a great easy to read book, which provides a clear explanation to the processes and patterns of those experience anxious attachment. for me it has even highlighted things that I did not realise we’re part of having anxious attachment!

Really enjoyed the activities and meditations as part of the journey to learn more about myself and becoming ‘self-full’. Whilst the book focuses on romantic relationships, I feel that I can apply this learning in all aspects and relationships i my life.

Would recommend this book to anyone wanting to explore and address their anxious attachment.

Anxiously Attached

After realising that I was getting these anxious feelings within my relationship I decided to research why I was constantly getting into the same situations.

This book is a huge help in understanding why these emotions come to the forefront in situations and enable you to become mindful to them.

Since reading this book I have reached out to a therapist to help me further to understand and work through my past to help me move on from these feelings and to hopefully find some answers.

A great book for anyone finding themselves in this situation. Would highly recommend.
