Publisher Description
NO.1 BESTSELLER ANT MIDDLETON SHARES HIS SECRETS ABOUT HIS POSITIVE MINDSET AND TEACHES YOU TO LIVE A LIFE WITH ZERO NEGATIVITY
There are times when life feels like it has you cornered: financial difficulties, relationship issues, work problems, all of the above. Every one of us, at one time or another, will have to face up to the challenges that come our way. And there are two ways of meeting them: negatively, where blame is the answer, where other people are at fault, where you haven’t been treated fairly. Or positively, where you own the situation, learn and grow from it, and become a better person at the end of it.
Letting you into areas of his life he’s never talked about before, in Zero Negativity, Ant will show you how to embrace failure and use it to your advantage, how to see change as the foundation of your future success, how to develop resilience, how to deal with bullies, what it means to be a positive roll model, and how to live a life with no regrets.
This book will not tell you who to be, where you should live, or what job you should do. That’s up to you. What this book is for, however, is to give you the tools you need to become the best possible version of yourself, to own who and what you are, and to live your life with Zero Negativity.

Customer Reviews
Life changing
This book was a brilliant read, Ant has done a great job at demonstrating what a positive mindset can bring in somewhat negative environments and life experiences.
I would recommend this (and all of his other books) to anybody who have life struggles and feels there mental health is suffering, reading this has definitely changed my outlook on life for the better and can be a great motivation for a positive mindset.
So thought provoking - yet obvious
Ant has led an extraordinary life. It would be only to easy in reading about his life for him to have left the military and ended up unhappy in jobs he would have be ok at but not fulfilled. Instead his positive mindset has allowed him to step from one opportunity to the next to live a more rewarding life for his 2 passions, his family and his career/work. Whether you are like me at a turning point in your life (turned 50!), or looking for some inspiration this is a great read. The summary lessons at each chapter end are very useful. Like Ant says use his books as a guide or map to help find your way and motivation.
Amazing Read
Thoroughly enjoyed this book. Found it easy to read along to and at times I was so engrossed in knowing what happened next I didn’t want to put it down. I consider myself a positive person and very solution focused so it was interesting to read how Ant saw situations in life and dealt with them. If you are wanting to change how you view life and make a shift from the negative side then I would recommend giving this book a read to start implementing small changes to your daily life.
