Must read for menopausal women

A lot of information, every woman should read it at some point before perimenopause.

Very disappointing

Very disappointed by this book. I learned nothing new from the her previous book. It was filled with stories from other readers and their missed diagnoses from their drs. Lots of repeat stories of her med school experiences and the lack of time spent in school on this season of life. I wanted to gain new direction for post menopause and the things I need to focus on from here on. The audio was very monotone. All in all, I would not recommend this book to anyone.
