When your heart speaks, will you listen?
Once upon a time, three beloved storytellers—New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Ciji Ware along with Diana Dempsey and Kate Moore—wondered what would happen if a magical ring fell into a woman’s hands—along with the urgent instruction that she learn its lesson in seven days or forever lose its wisdom.
Who will take up the ring’s challenge? Who will pass it by, even if her heart’s deepest desire hangs in the balance?
This trio of romantic and inspiring tales imagines the lives of three San Francisco women transformed by the iconic Claddagh ring—the timeless Irish symbol of love, friendship, and fidelity worn not only by Jackie Kennedy and Princess Grace, but by scores of citizens and firefighters who fought their last battle in New York’s Twin Towers on 9/11.
"What a heartwarming tale! These three novellas about a life-changing Claddagh ring ooze magic and romance. I'm not even Irish and I loved it." - Barbara Freethy, #1 New York Times bestselling author of "That Summer Night"
“Three compelling and beautifully written novellas by Ware, Dempsey, and Moore that will leave your heart in San Francisco in ways you never imagined. Brava!” - Mary Alice Monroe, New York Times bestselling author of "The Summer Wind"
“Bestselling authors Ciji Ware, Diana Dempsey, and Kate Moore, have concocted a delicious anthology that features talented women, love, a magical ring, and San Francisco. I read straight through and I hope the ring continues its travels into new stories!” – Mary Jo Putney, New York Times bestselling author of "Sometimes a Rogue"
"What an ingenious, entertaining and utterly romantic anthology of novellas—a Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants for grownups. Ciji Ware, Diana Dempsey and Kate Moore have teamed up to spin tales of a beautiful Irish ring whose magical powers bring wisdom, truth and love to three different women at important crossroads in their lives. I only wish I were one of the ring's lucky recipients! A terrific read." - Jane Heller, New York Times and USA Today bestselling author

Great addition to my weekend!
Just read Ring of Truth in a weekend. What a fun, romantic read! Ring of Truth took me to New York, Florence, Moscow, and San Francisco through the eyes of three independent, daring, and delightful women. I so enjoyed watching Ware, Dempsey, and Moore weave their separate stories together with the mysterious Irish Claddagh ring. As a seasoned reader of contemporary romance, I found the combination of the authors’ modern story lines with the traditional legend of the Claddagh to be both intriguing and refreshing. I think the old-world charm and magic of the ring distinguishes Ring of Truth from many of its counterparts, and adds a layer of destiny and interconnection to an already endearing collection of love stories. Witnessing these protagonists learn what it means to follow their hearts and find fulfillment in work, love, and life was a real treat. Lovers of romance, I highly recommend picking up Ring of Truth! It was a great addition to my most recent weekend!
Loved it!
"Ring of Truth" is a wonderful trio of romantic tales that are woven together by three talented authors. Ciji Ware, Diana Dempsey, and Kate Moore each tell their own unique story about the magic ring, but their writing styles are so nicely aligned that it never felt jarring when moving on to the next author's contribution. I'd love to see more examples of this kind of creative collaboration between great authors!
I haven't had much exposure to romance novels in the past, but this one caught my eye since the stories mostly take place in my hometown of San Francisco. The authors perfectly captured the essence of the city, along with what it's like to be a young woman in San Francisco who is seeking answers about work, life, and love.
It's an easy and fun read, but it's also full of deep insights on how to "know thy heart." The romantic moments are more tender than saucy, which felt like the right call for this particular book.
You might have to suspend disbelief slightly since the characters all experience very dramatic life changes in the span of a mere week, but that's also what makes the stories so much fun to read.
I can highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a compelling and touching story (or three!), and particularly for any young women who are trying to figure out their own life's path.
