Publisher Description
Five years ago, when Sydney Campbell came through Marietta on her way to the big Grey family Christmas, she ran into newcomer Jackson Flint in Grey’s Saloon. Directly into him.
In Montana to build some bridges with his older, billionaire half-brothers, Jackson didn’t plan to stay. Sydney was just visiting family from her high-stakes life in D.C. For one night they lit each other on fire, kissed goodbye, and never thought they’d see the other again.
But Jackson built more than bridges and put down roots. And just about every holiday, he’s watched Sydney turn up in town. The fire that always blazes between them gets hotter every visit, but this time is different. This fall, Sydney decides to stay a while. With the 85th Copper Mountain Rodeo taking Marietta by storm, Jackson knows this is the chance he’s been waiting for.
And he means to take it—if he can convince the only woman he’s ever wanted that there’s more freedom in loving him than letting go.

Tempt Me Please, Cowboy
I received a complimentary copy of this book from Booksprout and I am voluntarily reviewing it.
This is another wonderful book in the Copper Mountain Rodeo series! I have read and adored all of the prior stories.
I had a hard time reading this story. Not because it wasn’t good or anything but the cover model HOLEY MOLEY!!!! Every time Jackson said “darlin’,” I would flip to the cover and drool. Dangerous!
This is written in a dual POV format. I really needed it here. Sydney is so different from me that I really needed to see what her thought process was to really understand her.
Jackson and Sydney have known each other for 5 years. Sydney works in D.C. During her time off, she flies into Montana to visit her family. It would be during these times that Jackson and Sydney connect.
Now Sydney is forced to use her accrued time off. Therefore she will be spending several months in Montana. Once she tells Jackson, he sees this as a time for them to become something more.
Can these two come together to overcome the differences between them? Jackson is more laid back while Sydney seems to be wound tighter than a drum. Will Jackson convince Sydney to date him?
I just adored this slightly sexy story (one minor scene). I can’t wait for the rest in this series.
So good
I really enjoyed Sydney and Jacksons story. The characters were well written with great backstories. The story held my attention and had me wanting more. I loved the glimpses into previous characters lives as it's nice to know what they are up to.
Love love love!
Why am I crying?!? Why did I love this so much?? I loved Sydney, in all her prickliness, her desire to be as different from her mother as possible, even if it means being a robot. But who is starting to see her worked and her people and herself in a different light and it's just so dang lovely to behold.
And Jackson!!! Be. Still. My. Heart. Talk about true blue, this man was steady and sure in himself and in Sydney, even when she wasn't. I love him.
If I could have changed anything, I would have had Sydney get into therapy, because she really was traumatized by the way she grew up. So I just had to write that part into the story in my head, so now it's perfect!
