Amazing Westerns
I was hooked on Louis L’amour but read everything in the 3 Jacksonville, Florida libraries I could bike or bus to. Then I discovered Max Brand and found him to be outstanding in the Western genre, on par with L’amour. And had hours of enjoyable reading in my tree, reading after school and on weekends the Brand books. I was a young teen female and had to hide my love of “boys” books. For a buck this is an amazing deal.
