The action happens on the world of Roshar, where magic’s as important as might and heroes like Kaladin and former Highprince Dalinar Kholin lead the battle against the demonic, destructive figure of Odium, with the world’s future at stake. The dazzlingly complex narrative involves a massive number of characters on multiple fronts, delivering epic adventure while revealing their inner lives and challenges. Across sections divided by the 10 days until the battle, Sanderson masterfully ties together strands of the story that have run through multiple books. The thinking person’s thrill ride, Wind and Truth tucks spirituality, morality, and politics into a full-on high-fantasy experience.

Don’t get where all the negativity is coming from…
Granted I’m only halfway through the book at this point, I think it’s a great book. Honestly maybe even my favorite in the series so far. I have zero issues with the changing viewpoints. For me it moves things along. I have never been a huge fan of Szeth’s character but I’m enjoying his back story and this whole arc of his story. I don’t think the homosexuality in the story is egregious or heavy handed at all by where I’m at in the book. Maybe it gets more prominent later but it’s still only a very small portion of the story and doesn’t take anything away from the book for me. People need to grow up. I can’t wait to get to the end and although I’m not much of a re-reader I might give this one a second go around. Will update my review when finished.
I Wish He Had Not
It is one thing to add homosexuality into the author's world. But to include women claiming to be men & vice versa is really really bad!! For me this book has almost ruined the whole cosmere and gave this book a 2* rating. Hopefully he doesnt do this again in his next book

After the 3rd or 4th consecutive chapter of woke garbage being shoved in my face , I quit.
