A revolutionary system to get 1 per cent better every day
People think when you want to change your life, you need to think big. But world-renowned habits expert James Clear has discovered another way. He knows that real change comes from the compound effect of hundreds of small decisions – doing two push-ups a day, waking up five minutes early, or holding a single short phone call.
He calls them atomic habits.
In this ground-breaking book, Clear reveals exactly how these minuscule changes can grow into such life-altering outcomes. He uncovers a handful of simple life hacks (the forgotten art of Habit Stacking, the unexpected power of the Two Minute Rule, or the trick to entering the Goldilocks Zone), and delves into cutting-edge psychology and neuroscience to explain why they matter. Along the way, he tells inspiring stories of Olympic gold medalists, leading CEOs, and distinguished scientists who have used the science of tiny habits to stay productive, motivated, and happy.
These small changes will have a revolutionary effect on your career, your relationships, and your life.

APPLE BOOKS REVIEW
James Clear’s Atomic Habits gets straight to the point: If we can change our daily routines, we can change our lives. His argument is that the human mind is hardwired to form habits, so small changes are easier to maintain—and build on—than big ones. With his calm, sincere reading, Clear encourages listeners to stop thinking about major life goals (like losing 50 pounds) in favour of tweaking not-so-good habits (changing your commute route to avoid a favourite doughnut shop). Crucially, Clear also offers concrete steps to take when we slip back into old patterns.

Great book, improperly formatted for Apple Books
There is deep value in this book by James Clear I would give it 5 stars.
However unlike other audiobooks for Apple Books it is not formatted correctly with chapter names, so does not flow correctly and hard to know where to go back if you want to revisit a chapter.
Best book and even better audiobook!
Read this book 2 years ago and it changed my life! Decided I needed a reboot and got the audiobook as I heard good things. Author is AMAZING at teaching and delivering habit change with easy and simple tools whilst also expanding the reasoning behind why with scientific data/studies. I love how actionable the tips are and truly LIFE CHANGING. Don’t hesitate get it now!
Excellent audiobook *but* needs chapter names and numbers!
A really good audiobook definitely worth repeated listening. The one issue I have is that when you go back to listen to a chapter again, instead of seeing chapter numbers and names to navigate to, you just have a blank list of track numbers (just labelled “track 1” - “track 23”). There is no information to help you find the section or chapter you want. If this one issue could be fixed, this would be a five star review. Thanks!
