This book is great if you have just started your journey into self awareness and deep work. It’s like a beginner guide with a lot of cursing.

Highly recommend
I am an MSW student and work with adults living with severe mental illness. I am also diagnosed with Bipolar Type 1, PTSD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and ADHD. This book is phenomenal. It’s normally difficult for me to listen to a book all the way through, but this had me captivated. This is excellent, evidence-based information that’s easy to understand. I highly recommend.
